A question for you guys.

I need to buy a replacement air conditioning compressor for my '98 Series 2 GS300.

My aircon guy tells me that this is not an aftermarket item in the UK and without doubt the Lexus price would be a serious amount if it were still available.

I recall these being available in the US and not very expensive. Can anyone help?

Check Rockauto. I got a brand new Denso unit for under $400 about a year ago. It has worked great.
