Default P0325 code after doing timing belt

Hey guys. I spent the weekend doing timing belt, water pump, valve cover gaskets, cam and main seals, and rebuilt the vvti pulley on my 2000 GS300. Aside from the crank bolt I need not explain, It all went exceptionally smooth. Upon starting the car, I had a check engine light, vsc, and vsc off lights. I assumed it's because I left the battery connected for the first half of the job and unplugging connectors caused it to glitch. I disconnected the battery for an hour and started it up for 15-20 minutes to get the coolant system filled up and make sure all is well. I go for a test drive and it was fine. Gave it a WOT run into third gear no problem. I make the next turn, and I'm thrown a P0325 knock sensor bank 1 code. Also looking around, I have a steady oil leak. I can't see where it's coming from, but I'm heavily assuming the front main seal, as I used a Timken seal, not having read about people insisting Toyota only for that in particular. I also have C0246 C1223 codes.

So I'm not sure if those last two are any kind of related, but I never had dash lights before this job, and the vsc and abs have always worked fine. What do you suppose could have caused a knock code like this? It does seem to be running sluggish, but I'm not certain if the ecu is cutting timing because of the code or if it truly has a problem. Somewhere I read that low oil level will trip, and the new oil leak would seem to reflect that. It seems a little too simple to be just low oil to me, but I will check in a couple hours when it's daytime.

Any advice on the matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Was that the cause of both the oil leak and code?

No, that's just the knock code. The oil leak is my aftermarket front seals.
