So I have a 98 gs300, and I got the code p1121 or something like that...accelerator pedal sensor. I have a 2000 gs300 as a parts car and I swapped out the entire throttle body itself out of each and my car is now out of limp mode. But now on the gear selector ok the dash. The P and N are both illuminated and it sounds like there's an air leak or something by the valves. Anybody know what could be causing this? Are they not compatible? Bc they have the same serial numbers

I highly doubt its a compatible issue as its more of an install issue. Purely coincidental and unrelated. Recheck your install and find what you left out...
