I read many threads and some people say 7 inch headrest screens will fit fine while others are saying it requires serious modification and stuffing. Well what is the final answer? Can it be done where they retain the stock look/shape or do i have to use the wider, rear headrests?

I purchased a set off of Amazon that fit fine (they're the entire headrest replacement) and match my Clazzio seat covers. I haven't tried matching them against the stock leather but fit/finish is good and the screen size is 10.3". I can pull one out and see how well it goes with the stock interior if you're interested?
