Default CEL P0446 Keeps turning on and off.

So a week ago or so I got a CEL and I took the car to autozone to check it and got just P0446. I did some digging, doesn't appear too bad but I'll have to fix it eventually to pass emissions. But then that same day it turned off. Then the next day it turned on again. And then again. Over the past week its cycled on and off 3 times, and I got readings for the first 2 times and both were p0446. What could be wrong thats making that code go off but also not bad enough that the CEL is staying on?

EDIT: 1999 GS400

Charcoal canister. Or a vacuum line but I doubt it because yours goes away and comes back. Needs replacing, not a hard job at all, just pick up a used one from Aliga but make sire the dude ships your stuff out when he Says he's going to.

Which valve are we talking about? I got the same code on my 98 GS400 but just left it alone cause the mechanic said its not too big of a deal. I was gonna get around to replacing the charcoal canister eventually.
