whats up clublexus community, I need some major help with my 2000 gs400. Today, i was driving then all of a sudden the car started jerking. next, i tried to turn the car off and tried to crank it back up but it wouldnt start. then i got my code reader out and scanned my car and these are the codes that popped up:

c1233
c1224
p0420
p0430
p1345
p1350

All these stupid codes popped up and i really dont know where to start at please help.
