Default Replaced Battery, NO INTERIOR POWER

I posted the other day about how I replaced the battery in my 400 and then my car wouldn't start. (Here's the link if you want the full story: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ml#post9170303 ). Unlike before, the car actually starts now that I replaced the ECTS fuse inside of the box in front of the battery. However, now I don't have any interior electronics working except the dome light. The gauge cluster, sun roof, radio, climate control, steering wheel, seat adjusters, door lights (courtesy lights), and even the fog lights, tail light, daytime running lights HAVE NO POWER. I've replaced every single fuse in both interior fuse boxes and all of the smaller fuses in the engine bay fuse boxes and still nothing. At this point I would even consider taking it to Lexus, but I can't even get it out of Park. I don't know what to do at this point and I really need some help.

do you have aaa? If not get it towed to lexus or someone who can help you out. Did you disconnect the battery again? Def sounds like a huge electrical problem. I dont see how just replacing battery would do all of that. Did you match the oem battery cca? Do you have a kill switch somewhere? Did you check the new battery and see if it has a good charge? I know i sell batteries and sometimes a new battery can be dead before its even installed? Id rego over all the fuses you put in and make sure they all are in the correct location.. Weird it wont go out of park.. Check grounds .... let me know what happens. ps I just read the other thread and you put them on backwards on accident. You def blew a efi fuse or etcs fuse... you sent the wrong current throughout the system.. You may have killed your alternator in my opinion.. which would be the reason why it starts but nothing else works because its not getting a charge because its on the way out. Have it towed and get the alternator tested and the battery and fuses.

The battery has a full charge. If it wasn't good, there wouldn't be any power whatsoever. It does start and run though, so I'm assuming the EFI and ALT fuse are good for this reason. I can't tow it because I can't even get it out of my car port because it won't even get into neutral. Plus I'm low so idk if I could even get it into a tow truck to be gin with. I really don't know what to do at this point

This may seem obvious but there are quite a few fuses and circuit breakers inside and under th hood. Get the manual out and make sure you haven't missed a possibly blown fuse.

Try disconnecting the battery and leaving it for 15 min then reconnecting it. I've had a similar thing happen.

That's very possible. It used to be a common problem but I'd like to think a car as sophisticated as a modern Lexus would have protection against reversed polarity. Nothing is perfect, though.
