Hey guys, just paid off my second Lexus yesterday, I moved forward a Gen and picked up a 2000 GS400. Im excited to say at the least to get this boat on the road. I have a few things that I need to take care of before inspection/registration though. I have a cracked fog light and the inner tails have faded. I figure that's a great excuse for smoked fogs and LED tails. I did a quick search on CARID because I didn't have much time and find consistently decent reviews for a company called "Spec-d" Has anyone used their inner/outer LED tails? Do I need resistors? Anyone got pictures installed? Im on a ramen noodle budget here because im still in college, so while I appreciate you dreamers suggesting the best there is, im broke as all hell, try to keep the dreaming cheap if you know of anything better.

A lot of people are running DEPO brand LEDs (including myself) and have had no issues with them. I don't know specifically about Spec-D, but that style of tail light is pretty popular.

I would do a search on eBay and see what you come up with. You can typically find the same things that places like CarID have at a better price.

For example, the same Spec-D lights (inners and outers) for $216 shipped. CarID wanted $246 + shipping.
