Default Tune up....

Ok this should be pretty easy for all you... I need to do a tune up,119,000 and no record of any new plugs and wires. So should I go to Lexus and get oem parts or can I go to local auto store an get equivalent or better. What are you useing and at this time should I do anything else??

Its even easier for you to search yourself and read the sticky at the top. Don't be lazy.

It's the sticky thread at the top of the page. You dont see "sticky - look here frequently asked questions" You're lucky i even responded...that's why you have over 66 views and no response other than mine. Members here dont tend to answer the same questions over and over. That's why we developed the stick threads at the top. Why don't YOU take the time to CLICK on that STICKY and get your answers. You're asking a very common question. Sheesh...

Definitely go for genuine Toyota/Lexus parts.

Compared to general aftermarket pieces there is a big gap in quality.

If you bargain with your Lexus dealer of parts you can get some pretty good discounts too. I get about 30% off with my Toyota guy in New Zealand.

Retail is expensive!
