Default Throttle control motor vs idle air control valve same?

Hey guys so I got a p1126 code on my 98 gs400, I looked online I found what it seem to be the same parts but with 2 different names. One is slightly cheaper than the other. I know the gs400 doesn't have an idle air control valve, so are they the same parts? Links below for reference, first link is the idle air control valve, second is throttle control motor.

they are the same part with different names. Make sure when you put the new one on that you put the harness in the clip the old one came off of. If not the heat from the manifold will F the new one up quickly

So why would they priced differently?
PS: I just got a replied email from RockAuto, this is what they said:
The two parts that you mentioned are made by two different companies. Airtex/Wells lists their part as an Idle Air Control valve, while Standard Motor Products calls theirs a throttle control actuator. Terminology does vary across the industry, so these very well may be the same exact part, however, as we do not have technicians or mechanics on staff, I would advise double checking with your certified mechanic to determine which one you need.

Thank you,

The answer seems quite simple. Its 2 different manufactures. Anyone can make anything and sell it for whatever price they want.
