Default Help w Donated '98 GS400

I work with my church Car Care Ministry. We have a 98 GS400 that was donated to us; we fix up donated cars and pass on to some needy person who needs a car. We have two issue that we need help with.
- Neither pass side door lock works under power from door switches or key cylinders (we have no wireless fobs); manual function is fine for each door. Both driver side locks work fine from all switches. Is there anything to look at that is common to just the pass side door locks??
- Nakamichi Premium sound system - display is messed up and can't be read; only one station comes in; scan does not seem to work; have not tried tape or CD player. Any know problems??. Suggestions on if worth repairing?
I've done some searching on both items, but found nothing definitive, so thought I would ask. I'm mostly on the LS sub-forum, as that is what I have. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Have a blessed day!

Do you hear the locks trying to move when you do it with power? If so, most likely the actuators. As for the stereo system, other than a transplant, I think the easiest and cheapest way is to convert to standalone climate controls and go aftermarket deck
