Default 02 gs300?

i am going to look at a gs300 today that has 152k miles 2 owner, private party for $4900.other then the normal stuff is there anything specific that i should pay attention to with this model car?
i own a 06 ls430 and have owned a 98 gs400.
owner says that there is two doors that will not lock with the fobs,i am assuming that the lock actuators are inop.the timing belt has been changed and he says he has records.thanks jim

Can't go wrong with such a deal.

02+ models are pretty stable. Focus on anything out of the ordinary such as oil leaking , engine knocking etc...
