air heat mix servos not synced
I replaced my passenger side air mix servo and now the temperature are about 6 degrees different. If i set the drivers side to 72 then the passenger side has to be set to 66 for the temperature to be the same. How can i re sync the servos to make them the same?

Ummm honestly man I've never heard of syncing the servo's and I've replaced and even rebuilt them all a few times, are you sure you put the passenger side in at where it was when you first took it out? As in open or closed should I say? I don't see what you could have done to have made it do that all of a sudden that's kinda odd... Let me check again if there's a cabin temp sensor or something... Hmm

It's called "Servo Calibration". There is post about it in the servo DIY, but not sure what page. Try searching google "Lexus Servo Calibration".
