Default P0130, P0133, P0150, P0153, P0171 After TB Change

Need some help as this is driving me crazy.

Background - Car had P0440 code intermittently but was able to pass smog, just reset before heading in, not sure if it's related thought I'd share. A couple weeks ago, I had the dreaded limp mode with VSC/ABS and CEL, I forget what those codes were but related the many post around TPS/APS/TB, after unsuccessfully cleaning TB and sensors as car went into limp mode after driving for while. Reading all the threads about possible any of the components associated with TB, I decided to buy a used TB will all components/sensors on ebay. Guy said it was working and came off a 2004 IS.

I've had installed now for a week and cannot get rid of those codes. I have double checked my installation and have gone through the calibration of the TPS using the voltage method and have played with setting the TPS with ranges between .68 to .71 volts.

As a precaution, I replaced the hose to the PCV as it was old anyways and have a PCV on the way to replace as I thought about replacing it soon.

Will playing with tps voltage settings either lower or higher help with this?
Did I mess something up during installation, ie accidentally broke the O2 sensor?
Should I reset codes and just give it some more time on the road? It usually comes back on after about 60 miles of driving after I reset codes/ECU.

I am hoping that it is with adjusting due to replacing the TB and not the O2 sensors. Also, I have follow ECU reset multiple times.

Update: I doubled check all the connects and everything looks good. I also went through and replaced several sections of hose for the vacuum system....interestingly, I did find two sections that had cracks and punctured hose that clearly has to be leaking. I was hoping replacing those hoses may fix the problem but it came back again after a long test drive to heat up the car. Same codes. Next step will be to replace the pcv that is on it's way but I doubt at this point it will fix the problem. If it doesn't may have to take it to a shop.

Any one ever experience these codes with this combination and thoughts?

Update 2: Problem was a leak at the rubber spacer/gasket where TB connects to engine, used the carb cleaner method. Got rid of those codes for good now. However, I did get a new code P1128, I couldn't get rid of it until I adjusted the TPS voltage to .78 instead of the .70-.75. Problem went away, no codes for past 3 days of driving.
I am not sure what running the TPS settings at .78V does but the idle is at the normal 600+/-50rpm. I may have inadvertently fixed my P0440 code as well after replacing the hoses AND the PCV. Again, no codes for past 3 days. Keeping fingers crossed.
