My 2001 GS300 is making squeaking noise at random time. It starts to make noise not even engine ignited. It sounds pretty quick rate and gets more often recently. I don't even need to press brake to hear the noise. The only way to stop the noise is to unplug the ABS wires in the ABS brake module under the hood. Did anyone fix the problem by any way other than replace the ABS master pump module which is about $500 in used condition ? Please help. Thanks !

This is a common problem with these cars. If run a search u will find many threads about it.

I recorded the noise in the following youtube link. The noise will pop up to the end of video. It is like bird chirp but much louder and annoying. Is it the same problem as other threads posted ? Thanks !

Yes. I've had that problem with 2 master cylinders/ABS unit, very common problem.
