Has anyone got a set?

Could these be fitted in both the front and rear doors? (Are the housings the same)

I have those in both front and rear doors. It kinda needs to be forced in. Once its in it looks like to fits perfect but I'm sure the clips are pretty stressed

 

or you can just get the LED bulb and change it yourself.
