A/C- Driver side cold, passenger side hot

Default A/C- Driver side cold, passenger side hot

I probably have read 11+ pages and still have not seen a fix for this.


I just noticed this because I haven't had the vehicle in my possession that long. My A/C blows ice cold from the two vents on the driver side but for some reason, it blows hot on the passenger side vents no matter how cold I adjust the temperature.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be great.

It's likely that the servo motor for the passenger side temperature has failed. There's a thread around here you can search for that details how to replace them.

ive had the exact same thing happened to me not even 2 weeks ago! my fix was adding more freon coz mine was low. have yours checked too!

Hook a set of gauges to your system. Static pressure should be between 85-90psi

Yes,I have the exact problem ,except the A/C blows cold on the passenger side and not very cold on the driver side.I bought a used 2008 Lexus H400 and the previous owner complained of this several times,took it to a Lexus dealership several times,but the problem persists
