Storing a GS outside???
I go to school indiana and i have no place to store my GS except for on the side of the street. Can this cause any damage (to the engine or anyhing) or shortened life?
Should i look for garage storage somewhere?

When you say store outdoors do you mean not drive it at all?? If that's the case then I'd recommend a couple of things change the oil and put in a good synthetic (Mobil 1, Castrol Syntec, or Royal Purple) RUN the car with the synthetic oil for a period to get oil to the engine internals...hopefully this will provide a bit more protection over a longer period of non-use than conventional oil. Second if you are not going to be in a position to drive the car or start it up, you should remove the battery for an indoors storage location and attatch a trickle charger to it to keep it fresh. Finally, a good cleaning/waxing of the car and an investment in a good (Evolution 4/Noah) car cover would be wise. Not sure if that helps you, but ideally if you could drive the car at least once a week it would definitely be best.
I can vouch for the noah cover. I purchased a custom fit noah cover for the GS. I did with the recommendation of JohnnyMo. All I can say is wow, top notch quality. Snow just melts off and rarely sticks to the cover. The fit is so perfect it hardly moves during heavy wind. Much better than the aftermarket lexus car covers. My car is in lock down storage mode for now as well. I have mobile 1 and thats about it. Put some addititive in the gas tank "full gas" while storing. I start it now and than just to warm up the car.
thanks for the help guys,
When i say store i dont mean that i wont be driving it. I dont drive it everyday but atleast 2 three times a week. Where can i find this Noah cover and about how much does it cost?
Thanks again
