Default Best bang for cutouts?

I realized that when I get home from work, it's about 2 am. And out of respect for the people next to me I think cutouts would be a good idea so I don't disrupt anyone's sleep. Does anyone on here have cutouts and can give an update on how well it has worked for them? I don't mind spending money for a good set but I found thats QTP's cutouts motor is a cheap 15$ motor. And on badlandz warrenty page it says that you basically cannot open the cutouts when the car is on cause it WILL void the warrenty. I just want a trouble free cutout, is there any company that sells them for a decent price with a decent warrenty?

I do not have cutouts on my GS, but they are on my E92 M3. They are QTP cutouts and have them on for little over a year now, with content opening and closing (while moving) and no issues.

Something that allows you to bypass resonators, cats, and mufflers in your exhaust system, effectively giving you a straight pipe exhaust. (depending on where you put them) These are on motorized flaps so that you can choose when to bypass everything or keep your car quiet.
