I just change my rear brake pads and now why VSC and VSC/OFF light are on? Any idea what triggers this?

Sounds like one of the wheel speed sensors got messed up while installing the brakes.

there is nothing to smash/cut/rip/bump as the only line connected on the caliper is the brake line hose.. I did i run the car for a while and clear the codes.. so far i have not see the VSC/VSCoff light..

There's one close by in the hub, you might have inadvertently upset it somehow during the brake replacement process.
