I changed my steering angle sensor and I want to do a zero point calibration. I found the instructions but my question is how do I enter test mode to start the calibration? I can't do the paperclip method because I have a 99 and my obd2 port doesn't have all the necessary pins. Anyone know where I can get an operator's manual for techstream?
DLC1 is the one under the hood right? I tried to do it that way in the past and I don't think it ever went through. I just want to get it done with techstream. I just don't know where to go on the menu to get to it and I don't want to mess anything else up.
I don't remember to good on the techstream, I would have to be the one doing it to remember. But I think you go on abs/vsc and then utility and you should see it there.

Thanks close. It was in the ABS utility section. When I initially open the ABS utility, only air bleed and something else shows up. Test mode doesn't show up. So that's what was confusing me. I brought up the live data and then opened the utility again and test mode was there. Finally got my zero point done, thanks.
