driving back from cleveland the vibrations have returned, I'm thinknig it has to do with the torque of the lugnuts. Later today im having the tires balanced again so hopefully it resolves the issue. The car was smooth as glass for the entire trip until the end so hopefully thats it.

 

Yea may need tires rotated. Balanced and check air pressure . Alignment? ? Good luck

 

Air pressures and lug nuts were the problem. One tire was 29 and the other 36
