Default Random rough idle

Hey guys! My 98 lexus Gs400 has this idle issue! The rpm just up and down ( not too much) but I can feel it and make the car shake while doing it, it's like the car is about to die. Recently I've replaced all 8 spark plugs, timing belt, water pump, tps, engine mounts, all 4 o2s, cleaned throttle body plate and mass air flow sensor. I do change my engine and Transmission fluid regularly.

Have you done anything with your iacv? It could be dirty and could be sticking.
