Default Whining noise inside the cabin

Hey guys! I've been hearing this quiet but very annoying overtime noise coming from the steering wheel when turning left or right! It almost sounds like 2 pieces of plastic rubbing against each other! The steering fluid is at the right level with the right color ( red-ish). Am 90% sure the noise is coming from inside the cabin right where the steering wheel is. Does anyone know what am talking about? And maybe how to fix it?

Mine does that when it's really cold sometimes, I think there's grease in or behind the steering wheel, you'd probably just have to put some more on, I believe there's a diy
