Default Rust Spot

Here is a close up of a rust spot I have on my passenger rear wheel well. I have the key next to it for sizing context. What do you guys think a repair would run? I don't need the whole panel blended, just don't want it to spread.

Cool. Thanks. I am comfortable tackling mechanical stuff, but not body work.

I'd check reviews online and find a body shop with good reviews then just get an estimate, nothing takes away from a luxury car more than an unsightly rust spot. It helps also to get the car washed frequently in winter
