Bluetooth microphone installation?

I am planning to install a bluetooth microphone, thinking, at the center review mirror. Does anyone know how to remove the review mirror cover and door trim for running the cable. What are other good location for microphone?

but basically i think you hafta remove the visor assy to get to the B pillar
