Throttle %

Does anyone know what throttle % at idle should be? Using my scan tool, my throttle % is at 15%. Is this normal? My car has been having some issues and I'm trying to ween out issues as I find them.

should be between 13 and 14.....usually you use a scan tool on the tps sensor to set it to the right percentage. average for mine was 13.6 98 gs300
