Default Need opinion on wheels/fog

So i really want black wheels for my new (to me) gs430. I wanted to get ones with a chrome lip. But today i was at a pump getting gas when i heard someone say " nice wheels" i looked over and saw a black gs300 dropped on black staggered 20's and the rears had a huge lip! Me and they guy had to stare for at least ten seconds befor we got in our cars and left lol now idk what i want. Since im not 16 anymore i dont want to look Like the rest of them with plasti dipped rims and non clearcoated ltaillights that look terrible. even tho 41/2 years ago i was pretty close to that with the exception that my rims were powdercoated gloss black and my taillights were color matched by a paint shop. So could anyone give suggestions on how i could reach my goal and make it not look tacky? Im thinking black with chrome center cap and chrome screws that usually are on 3 piece rims with maybe a chrome time attack. & im planning on not touching the taillights Also how do u guys feel about yellow fogs? This is my first gs with fogs lol my 2 previouse gs's im guessing were in a front end accident and im guessing thats how they got lost. But anyways im thinking about getting rid of the yellow since all my friends tell me they dont like my "ricer lights" and im not feelin em too much either. Does anyone have pics of what they look like without the yellow lenses on? Thanks all suggestions will be taken into consideration even if its negative, just hoping some of you can steer me away from something that might look bad

Ohh and just a heads up for you guys, when on craigslist look out for replica wheels being sold as "the real thing" i ended up spending alot of $$$ on some asanti replicas and didnt even know till the cheap center caps all cracked on me bouncing the wheel while out of my car. It was on my chrysler 300, still didnt look too bad after getting new center caps! Lol

My best advice is to research, save up and do it right the first time. Especially with wheels. Go with the look and style you like but buy quality. The wheels you describe sound a little busy, maybe borderline tacky for my taste (fake bolts that stand out from the rest of the wheel) but that's just my opinion and my tastes are a bit conservative.

Yellow fog lights are the lexus standard, it wasn't til ricers in Hondas copied Lexus style and put yellow fogs in their cars, I remember when u saw a car down the highway and all I could see were those yellow fogs and u knew it was a lexus coming, I'll always rock the yellow hid fogs, but u can go 6000k or whatever u like, remember, we started this $@&7 don't let anyone else tell u different! Yellow fogs FTW!
