Default error codes

ok so over the last weekend i changed the plugs and wires on my 99 gs. now i have a misfire. never had any issues before then. car has 150k on it. i ran the codes this morning and got P0120, P0303 and P0110. i know they are TPS, IAT, and a cylinder 3 misfire. is there one root cause that would would trip them all? or should i just replace them all and move on
