Default LS460 projectors....

So do I have to do any trimming of these before I install them? If so where?

Also, I got the luxurymods bracket but the top part is 1/2 inch from the body of the projector... do I have to get washers to fill the gap?

thanks!

I think you can use a nut on both side of the bracket and tighten them down to lock it in place.

You'll need to trim the tab sort of piece sticking out of the bottom. No other trimming should be needed iirc. The brackets are mounted with long screws threaded into the projectors and nuts sandwiched around the bracket. There is a thread with pics and more details if you search for it.

You'll love the projectors!

Good luck, this mod is a bit more difficult than the 430's..
