Thank you for the input. The last few post have been incredibly helpful.
Now to figure out how im going to make this work without spending 2k on a stand alone.

you dont necessarily need to go with a standalone if you are sticking to mild HP levels.

The stock motor puts out 470 and has a lot of electronics on it. I need to figure out what I can remove and still use the stock ecu. They have flash programs available for the stock ecu but im not sire if those alone will solve the issues.
