Talking leather questions

had plans to do this forever now...but just never found the time...but the time is now maybe...i am going to redo the middle of my tan leather seats in jade green, same color as my lexus. I think it would look nice and different. The door panels are a maybe as well. curious what others might think, the leather is in great shape...just wanting something totally different than most. also have the shift **** done in green leather. any suggestions or comments. thanks b

Personally, I wouldn't do it and don't care for the look at all... Maybe get replacement Recaro seats that had that look, but not on the factory Lexus seats. I think it looks low-class and cheesy. (Hey, you asked for what others might think ).

HOWEVER, if you really like the look and it makes you happy do it . Look in the gallery for NYWIZARD's car pictures. He replaced some panels of his seats I think with Katskins aftermarket leather blue pieces to match his GS exterior.

There is a GS3 in jersey that had the two-tone treatment done to the stock seats...looks good, however, its money I would spend elsewhere...like why didnt he get a gs4 instead lol.

Talking no prob.

i don't take offense to anyone's opinion. I just think that the dark green would look good imo. I never see any other tricked out gs's anywhere and its hard to get any ideas at all. But i think it would look good done right, and i was going to have it redone in real leather, the apolstry fellow asked if i wanted vinyl er some other forms...but i think leather is worth the exta bucks. n e more ideas.....b
