Don't know what 'facetious' means but I think I can guess and yes, for a 10" screen it fits like a glove. It's also adjustable up&down. It's in the down position in that pic.

I'd like to also say that the Metra 2din kit was a perfect fit. I've seen people say that non-OEM 2din kits leaves a gap on one side but the Metra kit doesn't.
It didn't really matter to me anyway 'cause it's all hidden behind the screen, but thought I'd mention it!

How is the unit itself so far though? I got the Atoto a6 from amazon in mine, and it's probably because of the low RAM but that thing is super laggy. Especially when using google maps.

Interesting. Can the unit be taken out easily? Just worried about the sun beaming on it on a hot summer day or parking in a less than ideal neighborhood.

I've seen some units with the 10" screen (dasaita?) where it's just connected by a cable, and it's detachable. Not sure on this model though.

Finally finished installing my S&S headers and removed the resonators as well. Along with the K&N intake the car is crazy fast at the top end now. Gonna get a ticket for sure. Next stop; a Supra lsd pumpkin.

I haven't got that far with it 'cause I'm waiting for a wire harness from US. From the review videos I've seen it isn't that laggy for a unit that has only 1Gb of RAM.
Definitely best bang for buck for chinese Auto Android 9.1 unit.

I remembered it fondly.

And started to think about working on it again, now that my Super Now tie rod ends are ready to be bundled with my Cusco chassis brace and shipped from Japan. Yes, the curmudgeonly forum-dweller has an actual car, and will post a build thread in the coming weeks.

I am so proud of you for getting the Super Now tie rod ends! How long have I been singing their praises? What color did you get? I’m about to order a second set of these as I damaged the anodizing on my first set by trying to run 16s!

Just a warning. After the 2nd or 3rd day after installation they will make a horrible, terrible noise like your car is screaming in pain, when making parking lot maneuvers. Don’t worry, the noise will go away.

I ordered them in purple, as a homage to the set I had on my Miata. Going to end up with a bunch of different colours happening under the car, but that's alright.
