Removed and cleaned out the cabin temp sensor, removed and cleaned the ambient air temp sensor, dropped and replaced new FIPG on my tranny, replaced the cabin filter, and the air filter, and finally dropped some new synthetic oil. Hit 277k!!

I took off my factory 17 inch chromes which I like on my GS very much and tried these rims I had on my Hyundai. Not bad, didnt need any hub rings or anything. Car sits flush and it is stock height. 255/35/19 in the rears and 245/40/19 in the front. These are staggered Genesis Coupe rims from the second generations Genesis coupes.

Issues I had with them:
1. They seem to get scuffed relatively easy. Saw some scratches, not sure if it happened during shipping or I did it while I was installing.
2. the front visors were a little bit short. In the last pic below you will see it does not go flush with the end of the door frame. Weird thing is the passenger side is flush and the drivers side isn't. If you don't mind the gap between the visor and the door frame then you would love these.
3. Think I hear a bit more wind noise. However it was more windy than usual so I will update further.

Pros:
1. Looks really good to me. I like that it is slim and not bulging out like the regular aftermarket type.
2. Had 3m tape and clips
3. Cost $64

Things to note:
it has a kind of bluish tint to it. Not sure how to describe it.

Would I buy it again if I could do it over? Yep. Happy with the purchase.

ordered them today! nice man thanks for the help. Been wanting the jdms but wasnt sure about 200$ If they arent for me its 60$ wtv

Wasn't today but yesterday I took the GS to Manny at Afterhours Garage cut the shock tower holes. Wasn't just knocking over bumps but it was actually resting up in there against the metal lol. Anyone in the SoCal area needing any work suspension related defiantly get at him. Down to earth guy, very knowledgeable and nobody can touch his prices and quality of work.

Welp, I decided to change the tensioner pulley and ran into 1 problem. One of the bolts (far right) snapped from over tightening.
Just wondering if its fine to run it with only 2 bolts holding it?

if your lucky when you take off the other bolts and remove the tensioner there will be enough of the bolt left to use some vise grips and take it off

Man, i didn't think of that. I'll see if i can try it out tomorrow. Do you think its fine to use though? I kinda don't want to use my other car due to some problems.

Been seeing these on eBay for a while and finally couldn't help myself and got a set of these aluminum pedals with rubber backing for my 2GS, what the heck... for only $26. A quick little weekend project....I thought it would only take me about 1hr to put these in... ended up taking over 2.5 hours cuz I had to take the lower part of the dash off to get my drill up high enough for the correct angle that I needed to drill the holes at for the brake pedal. I know it's not for everyone's taste but I think it turned out pretty good IMO.

Not a bad looking sight to be greeted by this at night when I get into my ride.....
