I haven't got much cash at all and am just looking at things i can do to make my 98 GS300 look or perform a bit better. I know i could buy a K&N filter to incread 4-5 hp which i want to do, i have looked all over the DIY section and ive done a fair bit of it, is there ANYTHING i can do to make it look just a bit sexy'er (i already have the chrome grille)

Nice color. Get some lowering springs maybe? Not that expensive, and you can do it yourself in a day or two. Cost should be under 300 usd. Instantly improve handling and cosmetics.
