Default 2003 GS300 Front Rotors.

Hi guys, it has been a while since I post here. I am thinking of replace my front disc rotors. They had been resurface 2-3 times already. Any recommendation for any decent rotors and pads? Thanks...

You had your rotors resurfaced? I think I read here that it wasn't even an option. But anyway since you say you are looking for "decent" rotors, I recommend Brembo blanks. I've been running DRT slotted rotors together with OEM pads for close to a year and I'm pleased with the stopping power. The only dislike I had with the Brembos are that the top hats were not painted which caused them to rust and look awful.

Don't go cheap on brakes or rotors a couple inches could mean the difference in life or death one day. Sounds bad but that's how I look at it

i've been using r1 concept rotors and pads for 3 years now.. still works fine. they're slotted and zinc coated as well..

but i'm a broke college student and i got one hell of a deal for them.

Just go to your local Advance Auto Parts store and get you a set of front rotors. Get the ones with Limited Lifetime Warranty. Good investment for now & the future. But I always recommend OEM Lexus if money is not a problem. If that's your case (no issues with $$$), I'd advise you to go on www.SewellParts.com and getting the OEM rotors. If you create a SewellParts account, link your Club Lexus account to it to get great discount on the OEM parts. I've saved tons of cash already. Good luck. Post pics when you finish up!
