Default Jeff's Garage DIY Video: Rebuilding a leaking 2JZ VVTi Cam Gear Pulley

This is for those of you guys that are having problem tracing down that mysterious oil leak from the VVTi cam gear. Toyota doesn't specify a rebuild procedure or even sell you the parts. Here's the technique that I've been using for a long time now with great success. Don't pay $150-200 at the dealership for a new pulley that just simply needs a new o-ring.

Vouching for this video and Jeff's amazing work. He did this on my car a few months ago along with a lot of other seals, been leak free ever since!

Thank you for posting the video Jeff, could you let me know where to send you the money for a couple of those Viton O-rings?
