And last thing my gas light blinks and wont stop i got a half a tank of gas and im kinda lost here i check fuse, relay and plugs but cant seem to find the problem. Could be alternator giving out, weak battery, sounds exactly like a fuse/relay.

did you check all fuses? double check the guage and heater fuses interior driver side fuse box, if they look good replace them anyway. Possibly check your battery voltage, Ive read on here a low batter can cause some funny problems. While your doing that leave the negativ eoff for about 20 minutes to reset the computer and see if that fixes the gas light problem. Id definetley recheck the fuses though first

Than it sounds like something wasn't connected when the alternator was put in. I'd double check the wires and battery terminals.
