I haven't attempted yet because the parts from Sewell have not come in yet. But when they do and I'm ready for the full repair, I am definitely posting many pics. I basically plan to turn this thread into a DIY/hope giver for the 2GS bumper removal and installation. Also, headlights, fog lights, turn signals, etc. I will be removing and installing all of those components with pics to show. Hope to start soon.

I know. There should be plenty. I looked but couldn't find what I was looking for exactly. Anyhow, I understand what you mean. But it doesn't hurt to do it anyway. The link posted has a some what helpful way to remove bumper. I really searched SAKATAJ I really did. Like I said, when I start my build, I will post STEP BY STEP actual pics if the whole process. Especially for those who can't search, or can't figure it out, or just can't do it. I'm gonna try to make it as easy and as simply straight forward as I can. You will be proud Master Yoshi Lex

I will look forward to your detailed DIY for the bumper removal. Some of them have steps omitted, so I will look to read your info. I don't need to take mine off, but would still like to read it

its pretty easy to remove.

1) unbolt undercarrage
2) unbolt top bolts that hold bumper to frame
3) unbolt 3x bolts inside the wheel whell that hold the bumper to the fender.
4) disconnect fog & blinker lamp
5) remove

Its easy to do. I know. But I never find a detailed step by step DIY. I can't wait to make it. Even if they make 10 more similar DIYs, I really look forward to making it. I'll be honest, its gonna take a Lil while. I ordered a bunch of stuff that should be on tomorrow via FedEx. Ima take pics and post up and the total of how much I paid. All I need to order now is the front bumper, fender, & mirror to the passenger door. Once I do and its here, I will definitely begin my DIY. so please bare with me guys. Don't be negative like certain members that think they know it all, just be supportive. Lol

Hey guys! My parts are getting closer to coming in. I got the bumper removal down packed. Now all I need to be ready to go is a DIY on the driver side fender. I tried looking for it. Typed it in, looked thru links, etc. but found nothing. Can someone point me in the right direction? Please?? I'd deeply appreciate it if you can. Thanks in advance x 1,000,000!!!
