Default Lsportline grill

I heard a rumor that the Lsportline grill does not fit the gs that well.Is this true? Also, can I just purchase the Lsportline grill alone and remove the factory grill and replace it with the Lsportline grill? Or will it only fit right if i buy the Lsportline front bumper too??

I've heard that it doesn't fit quite well either. When I bought mine and tried pre-fitting, seems like there's like a 1/4 inch gap between the grill and the hood, however after my bodyshop painted and installed it, it looks perfect now.

But I don't get this grill. There are no hook-latches for the bolts on the hood. You basically drill into the grill to have it screwed in.

here's a bad pic my L-Sportline grill.

Default L Sportline grill

It fits OK, the body shop can make minor adjustments, so it fits like OEM...........

My fits pretty good.

Just do what I did... Get the TRD grill, it looks almost the same and you'll have no problems with it not fitting....

The TRD grill's sides have this curvy thing, it curves in first then cuts off. I don't like it like that. I like clean cut edges like L-Sportline and TTE. Otherwise I would've gotten the TRD no Qs asked.

Yeah I know.... I like the smooth look too. When I first got the grill I didn't like the blockyness.. I wanted it to me more smooth like the TTE grill, but it grew on me and I would trade it for anything.. Well, atleast not for another grill...
