Will '03+ caster arm fit '99 GS3
Upon learning that Roca doesn't make lower control arm bushings for my '99, I'm afraid ill just have to get new control arms from dealer. Just wanted to know if the beefier '03 arm would fit sub '00 models?
Also, if any of you were able to use the Roca bushings in a 98 or 99, please correct me. Thanks

If you're talking about the Caster/trailing/lower control arm #2 (which I now see you might be ) this is what you need:

Hey Thanks for the replies....
Sorry, I do mean caster arm.
I've spent the past 4 days researching this and have come to these conclusions:
1) The poly bushings which Sewell has will not be quiet enough for me. After reading other member's reviews, I want to stick as close as I can to stock (rubber vs poly).
2) Although the Roca package says they fit '98 to '05, they are supposedly only for '01-05 models. I spoke to Paul at Roca (although im not sure he is completely sure on what he is saying) and asked him why the website showed different year models for the same part number. If you look on their website, the fitment says" Lexus GS300 00-05 Front Lower Arm Bushing"http://www.roca-usa.com/category.php?cPath=1&aiMake=LEXUS&aiModel=GS300&aiYear=1998-2005
I'll probably get an '03 caster arm http://lexus.sewellparts.com/oem-cat...S300-2003.html

The caster bushings are completely different, so no they wont work. The 01+ bushing is a good 1/8th inch smaller.
And what do you mean quiet? I hear no noise from mine.... Also did them on my buds car who is COMPLETELY **** about that stuff and hes has NO complaints.

so in your msg above, which bushings won't work?
I just need to know what definitely works on the '98/'99 models cause my caster bushing is shot. I wish those TRD bushings were available to order in the US.. shipping from Japan was $30

Not too bad, but I was tired afterwards. I used a 2 ton jack (jack stand was there there as a backup). You would need a 18-24" breaker bar. Hardest part is getting the new one in. You nee a big crescent wrench so you can turn the arm a little bit while installing the second end. If you search the topic, you'll know what I talking about.
