first one is real. second is a knock off.

they may look similar near the fog lights, but not the same by any means

 

yes,if you mean in the same way that a circle looks the same as a square


as mike said one is the real kit (top one) and one is a replica (bottom), i will admit they look similar but they aren't the same. IMHO the top one looks so much better and not just cause its the real product
