Default platinum gs300 on 22s. what say u?

22x8.5 offset +35 wrapped in 235/30 22 tires. No rub. Rides almost like factory. Hate it, love it, its ok. Whatever floats ur boat this beauty just happens to float mine.

G-G-G-GHETTTOOOOOOOO.

Sorry, just my opinion.....only a FEW cars can pull off the 20"+ wheels, the midsize GS, is, imo, not one of them.

What is your definition of ghetto? I wouldn't ride 22's myself on this car, but it's not ugly at all.

Oh boy. Drop it and itll look better so the car doesnt look so high. Definitely not my cup of tea though but to each, their own car and their own mods.

  • Chrome wheels
  • Stock height
  • Too-big wheels

The very definition.

Overall it doesn't look horrible. The wheel style itself is fine. It needs:
  • Lowering
  • Rear spacers (or better yet, staggered wheel + tire widths)
  • Different wheel finish

I know you guys in the Dirty South love your chrome, though!

Lol. Yes I do love chrome wheels, because I don't like the slammed ricer VIP look myself that's big over on your side of the world. I actually just purchased the chrome 17" OEM 5 spoke rims from a member here. That will be all that I do to this car...well I plan on painting the calipers red w/ white lexus decals since they will be exposed more now. I do agree with a staggered look and lowered.

I kinda like it leave it untinted, just lower it a bit and maybe a lip kit.

It looks fine to me. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and IMHO, equating with chrome with ghetto, is ignorant. I would tint the windows though =).
