I believe I've seen a few people on the forum have those pedals. I think it's a direct bolt on. You have to bolt it onto your OEM pedals.

Like drill and screw...or do they come with brackets that strap around the oem pedals?

They are drill and screw. I have them on my GS. Here are a couple pics of them on my car. I couldn't get the little pedal on the parking brake pedal.
