Default Starting Problems Intermittant...

I'm trying to help my friend with his GS300. Sometimes it does not start. I'm thinking he may have a problem with his fuel pump relay due to the fact that the problem is intermittant and when it heppened while I was there, I could not hear the fuel pump whine.

Can someone tell me where the fuel pump relay is located and how to access it. A photo would be great.

If someone thinks there is another issue please let me know. He has a P0154 code and P0405 (I think). We replaced one of the O2 sensors a week or so ago and plan to replace the other one soon.

Thanks.

(BTW, I did a search in google and on this section of the forum and could not find any FPR issues).

Any idea which side of the engine compartment? I seen 3 different panels under there.

Thanks for help.

Looked under the lid of each box and seen nothing that indicated the Circuit Opening Relay or Fuel Pump Relay. I looked behind the parking brake and seen the fuse panel and a relay on top of it which I could not get out that was large enough to be one. I'm still lost.

Still having intermittant starting issues. Usually after a refuel.

I pulled codes yesterday and they are as follows:
P0153, P0154, P0430 and (drum roll please), P2197.

We changed the b2 s1 o2 sensor. I plan to change the B2 S2 sensor today to see what happens after that.
