You guys need to get a tester light to properly check the circuit. Get to the fuse box on the leftside kick panel on the fuse block there check the end row third from the bottom you cant go wrong its a 15amp fuse blue in color. Check both ends with a tester light.. If that is good then check at the back of the cig lighter and the power outlet on the pink wire for power, if that is good take your tester light ground and attach it to the ground on the power outlet or cig lighter and recheck power on the pink if that checks ok the lighter and power outlet is NG, if there is no power there is a break on your ground wire.

Strange happen with my cig lighter socket, didn't work before, after I check the fuse and is OK, than I took the assembly out( the ashtray and socket) , I cleaned the back of the socket, there is fusible link ( I guess ) than I put it back together , and surprise it work again. I was ready to order the part to replace the socket.
Now everything back to normal, so I can plug in my phone charger again.
