I took the car to the Lexus dealer and their records show that the ball joints, timing belt, and starter have been replaced. Apparently the previous owner did all the maintenance at the dealer. By the way Chin, your car is pretty much exactly how I want mine. . Thanks to everyone else for all the kind comments and making me feel welcome.

Congrats on the car! The rear view mirror with the compass is a straight swap. Plug and play.

Default New to CL

I am also new to CL. I just got my baby, a 1999 GS300. Is the best car I have owned. This is coming from a guy that have driven 5 Series, G35, E320 and more. Is not as sporty as G35, but again is way more refined than all the cars I have driven.
Some people thought it was a newer GS as the style is timeless. I love it!
