First purchase through them: bushings and a cabin filter... And i must say even though these arent high price items im very impressed with their communication and follow through. Highly recommended!

Yes they are great. My last order I was sent an oil element for an ISF my mistake when I should of received a cabin air filter. It took a few days but they sent it off to me no questions asked.

That's funny, I made the mistake of trying to ship to my PO Box, which they didn't say anywhere they didn't ship to PO Boxes.. Most web sites that refuse PO Boxes state that in the form when you fill it out, or simply block you and tell you it's not a valid address. Instead of contacting me by phone or email, the status was just marked hold.

After a week of waiting, I emailed 2 different email addresses listed on their website, waited another 3-4 days, and got zero response. I finally had to look up their phone number (it's not on the website AT ALL), call long distance down to their dealership in Dallas, ask for the parts counter and finally ask someone what the hell was going on. Of course - they don't ship to PO Boxes.

I'm perfectly OK with that, except in the two emails I sent I SPECIFICALLY STATED "I understand if you don't ship to PO Box, here is my alternate in case you need it". And that still wasn't enough to garner a single response.

Anyway, once that was cleared up I was all taken care of. But why don't they check their emails?

12 hrs after order:
1st email letting me know they are picking my parts for the order

1hr after that:
2nd email letting me know they are packaging my order

4hrs after that:
3rd email letting me know items are waiting to be shipped

This morning:
Final email stating the item has been shipped

Seems like overkill for such a small order but its nice... And puts me at ease for larger orders in the future.
