In that case, see the AMAZING work "lightwerkz" does on that forum, they have a huge thread with the simplest to extreme projects. The one thing i really like about them is that they use OEM sealant. Koito Butyl, etc. Wicked work.

tony is a down to earth guy. i would want him to do my retro's as well. but hes a busy person, i would say just wait it out for him its worth it

I've been waiting weeks. Not interested in waiting anymore, like I said, I don't want to have my paint finished and no headlights. He obviously just doesn't want to do it.

i too can vouch for tony as far as being a legit guy to do business with, he answered every single one of my questions promptly and never had any issues with communicating with him. If he fails to respond then I'm sure it's because he's busy.. if your retro involves a projector he offers brackets for then i'd recommend just doing it, it's not as difficult as it may seem thanks to the LM brackets they released.
