Talking Help with 2000 GS4 purchase

Sorry I will take down my other posting in the wrong area. I am new here. I am looking at a 2000 GS4 Platinum Edition Millenium Silver/black leather. Has the 16" wheels and sunroof and Nak system. The car was a one owner driven for thefirst 10-11 years by a middle aged lady whose husband was a dentist. They took car of the car very well and when talking to their mechanic he said they kept up on all maintenance with the car and had anything fixed if something went wrong. The car had ball joints done at 100k ish belt was done and brakes done 1 week ago. The exterior of the car probably needs a good buff and wax and the only thing that bothers me is the rock chips on the hood while not many it is noticeable. Not sure if it's a 15 footer or 10 but I will look over more thoroughly Sat when I buy it. Already I am up on the competition by it not being abused and very well maintained. I believe the son had it for the last couple years after she passed and barely drove it more so to keep it from not sitting. I have diven some GS400's and have always found something that bothered me or needed attention and didn't feel quite right. From the minute I drove out of the drive way I knew I found my GS. This thing I would put against any newer car in terms of any driving point and quietness. I was amazed. My IS300's tranny felt sloppy compared to this thing even though I heard they use the same Asin tranny. It has130k on odo. And priced at 7500$. I offered him 6800-7000 and he said we'd figure out the final price Sat which would indicate to me I am being reasonable. If I tell him 7k and split the cost of a new set of tires down the middle at 300. 6700 I feel is a god bargain. What do you guys/girls think? Thanks im advance. Rob
